Hi, I’m Willow! Founder of Meadow Social
I know what it feels like to want something bigger for your brand, to have the passion, the ideas, and the vision, but not the clarity on how to show up in a way that feels true to you.
When I pivoted from my pre-vet path in 2020 and moved from NY to LA, social media became my safe space, my creative outlet, and honestly, my journal. I threw myself into learning everything I could, filming, editing, trends, storytelling. As I grew as a content creator, I realized something important: I had a gift for helping other people feel confident, seen, and understood online.
That’s when it clicked. I didn’t just want to make content, I wanted to help people and brands grow in a way that felt aligned, human, and exciting again.
Because I’ve been through the starting, the pivoting, the overwhelm, and the evolution, and that’s exactly why my approach resonates with passionate founders, creators, and brands. Social media is social, and human-first storytelling will always outperform the overly curated, salesy, or inauthentic.
Since then, I’ve had the privilege of working with celebrities, global brands, viral creators, podcasts, large-scale events, and so much more! Helping some brands grow from zero and others scale audiences in the millions.

Hi, I’m Willow, the founder of Meadow Social. After pivoting from a pre-vet path and moving from New York to Los Angeles in 2021, social media became my creative outlet & my way to keep up with my loved ones! I quickly realized that social media was the PERFECT thing for me as it was a job that finally combined both sides of my brain! My passion for creative projects (I have a Theatre Arts background) & my analytical brain (from studying biology for 4+ years).
Starting as a content creator first also allowed me to learn all the ins & outs of socials to really help understand human-first storytelling. At my core, I simply want to help people – Help them feel confident, seen, and supported as they build something meaningful. That belief is what led me to create Meadow Social. I now spend my days turning ideas and big dreams into brands that feel authentic, alive, and deeply human. I genuinely love what I do, I couldn’t picture anything better. My passion is always what drives me, and I am SO happy to help so many other passionate people!
Fun fact
I have worked hands-on with SO many animals! I’ve fed Black Bears, Elephants, Sea Lions, Bobcats, Elephant Seals, & more. I’m a huge animal lover and hope to continue helping animals throughout my life!

Hi, I’m Giuseppe. I’m usually behind the scenes at Meadow Social. Behind the camera, behind the systems, and making sure everything runs smoothly. I started my career in corporate banking after earning a marketing degree, but watching Willow build Meadow Social and feel genuinely fulfilled in her work shifted my priorities. What began as helping her film, brainstorm, and problem-solve turned into building the business together full swing. Deciding to go all in as co-founders was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. Now, we balance creativity and strategy to help brands grow with intention and heart.
Fun fact
I’ve been going to Sicily almost every Summer my whole life! My parents are from a tiny mountain town there.

Hi! We’re Daisy & Poppy. We keep Meadow Social running with good vibes, emotional support, and very important break reminders. Daisy leads office walks and morale, while Poppy handles creative oversight through judgmental stares and occasional desk chaos. Together, we make sure the work stays fun and no one takes things too seriously!
